Terms of Use

Rules for using Weddingo

These terms describe how Weddingo may be used, what users are responsible for, and what happens when paid or approval-gated features are unlocked.

Effective date: May 9, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing Weddingo, or using any Weddingo feature, the user agrees to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Weddingo helps users build wedding invitation websites, organize guest lists, prepare delivery links, track RSVP responses, and manage related invitation content and event media.

3. Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate account information.
  • Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and all activity under their accounts.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if an account is used unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that threatens the service.

4. Guest data and user responsibility

Users are fully responsible for the names, phone numbers, messages, and other data they upload into Weddingo. By using the guest features, the user represents that:

  • they have the right or other lawful basis to upload and use that data;
  • they will use the data only for legitimate event and invitation purposes;
  • they will not use Weddingo for spam, bulk marketing, harassment, or unrelated promotional messaging;
  • they are responsible for the accuracy of the phone numbers and guest details they enter.

5. Paid and approval-gated features

Some Weddingo features may require payment, manual approval, or both before they are fully unlocked. These may include, for example, guest tracking, gift tracking, photo uploads, publishing support, or invitation delivery tools. Access to such features may remain limited until activation is completed.

6. Prohibited use

Users must not:

  • upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content;
  • use Weddingo to send spam or misleading messages;
  • attempt to access accounts or data without authorization;
  • interfere with the platform, security, or availability;
  • use the service in violation of applicable privacy laws.

7. User content

Users keep ownership of the content they upload, but they grant Weddingo a limited license to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service.

8. Third-party services

Weddingo may connect with or generate links for third-party services such as WhatsApp, Viber, map providers, hosting providers, and file services. Those third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of every feature at all times.

10. Disclaimer

Weddingo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user's specific legal obligations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Weddingo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate user-entered guest data, misuse of the service, third-party services, or unauthorized access resulting from a user's failure to protect account credentials.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, violate applicable law, or create risk for the platform or other users.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Weddingo after an update means the updated terms apply.
