5. Guest data entered by users
Users who upload guest names and phone numbers are responsible for making sure they are allowed to share and use that data for wedding invitation purposes. Weddingo must not be used for spam, cold marketing, or any unrelated promotional messaging.
When a user adds guest data into Weddingo, that user confirms that they have an appropriate legal basis or other lawful permission to do so. Weddingo may process that guest data only to operate the service requested by the user.
6. Sharing of data
We may share data only as needed to operate the service, including with:
- Hosting, infrastructure, storage, or security providers.
- Technical contractors or processors acting on our instructions.
- Third-party services used by the user, such as messaging, maps, or file delivery tools.

We do not sell guest contact lists or account data as a data broker.
